		Using strategies from Module 5, this property was purchased for $166,000.

After completing only a minor renovation using Module 2 at a cost of around $16,000, this very same property was later sold for $235,000! A quick and easy profit!

		This plain and dull looking home was purchased for $155,205.

With only $15,000 spent on renovations, it was transformed into a beautiful looking home and sold for $236,000!

	This place is in desperate need of renovation work! The property was bought using Module 5 for $195,000.

Even the backyard was run down and looking a little ragged. Using strategies from Module 2, $22,000 of renovations were completed.

		With the completion of renovations, clear improvements have led to a substantial increase in the value of the property. We sold the property for $280,000.

This 3 by 1, 900sqm property was bought for $330,000.

		This place needed work and in total we spent $40,000 on renovations and subdivision of the block.

$7,000 was spent towards renovating the kitchen. It now looks fantastic!

		After being renovated and subdivided, this property is now 430sqm. We sold this property for $287,000. The remaining block is 402sqm, with 68sqm of driveway & common area. We just sold this block for $209,500.
